The few survivors of a deserted city, sometime in the near future, are left with no water or food but somehow manage to survive. In a hospital, a lonely scientist, Foteini, is helping a patient with amnesia to recover. She also meets an actor named Aias (Ajax) – who often visits his sick sister – and becomes romantically involved with him. Foteini is swept away by love; Aias, however, is unprepared for such strong emotions. Their separation brings Foteini to the house of the amnesiac, and he takes care of her, up to the moment that she discovers a photo of hers among his things. In the meantime, Aias brings his sister back home from the hospital. While it is getting darker, with clouds gathering in the sky, Foteini and Aias wander the city and meet in the rain.

The show started on 10 July 2006, after a change in the channel's line-up. It replaced World News Tonight and then an hour of Sky News. It was an interactive show which encouraged viewers to contribute by using webcams and 3G phones to send video messages, or by email or SMS to send in comments or join in debates about the day's main news stories. The format changed in the event of breaking news and the show had different graphics and strings to other Sky News shows. Following the cancellation of the show in February 2007, Stanford moved back to presenting Sky News Today, on weekday mornings from 9am-12pm, alongside Anna Jones. The show was replaced with News, Sport, and Weather, a show giving viewers fifteen minute news updates.

Originally posted on the cell phone website "Mahō no iLand", where chapters would be released exclusively for mobile reading, Koizora received a hard print publication from Starts Publications in October 2006, with the story being separated into two volumes. The Sky's the Limit was a United Kingdom game show first broadcast on 10 July 1970, being a travel-themed version of Double Your Money. The contestants had to answer questions based on their specialist subject, with every set of answers increasing their prize fund. In the first round, contestants answered questions increasing in value from £1 up to £100. They then had to answer a special question to qualify for the further rounds. Further rounds involved contestants being seated in a 'soundproof box'. After the first round questions contained subsequently more parts, so that on the final round the question was a five-part question - all parts had to be answered correctly in each round. The top prize was 21,000 miles of travel and £600 spending money. In order to survive the eventual arrival of the "Dusk End," people of the western reaches of the "Land of Dusk" devoted their efforts to rediscover and recreate lost alchemic technologies. Those technologies were then gathered in the alchemy city known as "Central," where research was conducted on how to halt the advance of the twilight. Having learned the newest alchemic techniques in Central, young alchemist Logy requested a transfer to an understaffed town of Colseit on the frontier to make use of his abilities.
